Karakuridoji Ultimo cosplay

Having just read the latest volume of Ultimo (vol. 8), you won't be surprised to find that there IS cosplay of this series, despite not being much well known outside of Japan. The materials used vary, but you can achieve the same effect since the Doji are not strictly robots :) they're supposed to look very human, child like.

Important information on Karakuridoji Ultimo new manga volume releases

As we know, this manga by Hiroyuki Takei  is serialized in Jump SQ magazine and it is licensed by Viz Media for the US.

 It ran in Shonen Jump USA till April 2011 and after that, you can only get this series by buying its volumes.

The last volume released in the US, volume 6, came out on September 2011.

The newest volumes are 7 and 8.

Volume 7 is scheduled to be released in the US on August 7th, 2012, you can preorder it on Amazon.















Whereas volume 8 was released in Japan on March 3. It is still not determined when it will be released in the US, but one can guess that by the end of the year.
