Can a Star Wars anime be a good possibility?

With the recent developments of the Disney acquisition and that J.J Abrahams is directing, the possibilities are endless.

Are episode 7,8 and 9 really necessary? That's a question that has split fans for decades. Will a Disneyfied version of these movies be as good as the originals?

In any way, maybe it's a good time to start thinking of a Star Wars anime. I KNOW that I would watch it, no doubt. Just imagine a Japanese opening and seiyuus. It's not even that expensive to produce if you compare it to a live-action movie. In alliance, Funimation could produce it with the highest values possible, or Madhouse, or Studio Pierrot for a classic shonen mecha feel.

My theory is that Star Wars IS a manga, after all.

Just look at these incredible samples made by fans that should be hired right away!

Author Aoike Yasuko resumes Brother Falco manga

From Eroica with Love

Author Aoike Yasuko of From Eroica with Love fame decided to relaunch her Shūdōshi Falco (Brother Falco) manga in the February issue of Akita Shoten's Princess Gold magazine on January 16. It had been a decade since the manga was last regularly serialized.

The story follows the sometimes humorous life of a monk named Falco in a German monastery. It is not only set in the same 14th-century timeframe as Alcazar (another Aoike series which centers around King Don Pedro of Castile), but Don Pedro has appeared in the Shūdōshi Falco manga. Aoike launched Shūdōshi Falco in the Summer 1991 issue of Hakusensha's Hanayōbi magazine , but put it on hold a year later.

She picked up the series in Hakusensha's Melody magazine, only to put it on hold again a decade ago. Hakusensha published the manga's book volumes before, but Akita Shoten's Princess Comics imprint will begin publishing the volumes this summer. Princess Gold prepared readers for the return of the series by publishing the manga's first two chapters in a supplemental booklet last month.

No confirmation yet whether she will continue Eroica this year.

Don Quixote manga is being published in Comic@Bunch

XD This is simply awesome!!! I would actually watch a Don Quixote anime, there's plenty of material!

The March issue of Shinchosha's Comic@Bunch premiered a new manga series based on the classic novel Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes on January 21. The novel is being adapted by writer Yūshi Kawata and artist Yukito into a series titled Don Quixote -Ureigao no Kishi: Sono Ai-.

The original 1605-1615 novel followed Alonso Quijano, a man well-read in chivalry. He decides to revive the practice under the name Don Quixote with his sidekick, a farmer named Sancho Panza.

The book inspired two children's anime adaptations in Japan, Don Quijote and Zukkoke Knight - Don De La Mancha, as well as a graphic novel published by Variety Art Works and released in English by One Peace Books.

Store: Sakura ink pens vs COPIC pens: is there really a difference?

Store: Sakura ink pens vs COPIC pens: is there really a difference?

COPIC pens are legendary because of its quality, and part also of this myth is because of the price. And I'm not going to deny it. The design of the markers are lightweight, and you can make smooth, thin and thick lines with such a sophisticated ease.

Their set of B-2 markers is the most complete and durable at $26. Includes all the size range, from the 0.03 to 1.0, plus two brushes. This waterproof ink is compatible with Prismacolor and other brands of color markers.

✩Hybridre

Ryeain :
Serious love for Hybridre photography style!~
Love how every photo is fulled with story and emotions, as if the character come to live.
Day and Night shoots are captured spectacularly and angles are of course perfectly captured too.
Indeed a very young age with great achievements, can I say it's talent? but yes, behind those awesome photographs does lies a whole long journey of learning process.I fav more than a single shoot in the gallery.. you guys should really take a look !!!
Oh ya, a great cosplayer too =D

photos by hybridre

Ryea : What type of camera do you use in capturing those awesome photos?

I mainly use my cannon 400D
with a lens and a 50mm 1.8 lens, sometimes my friend 4j would borrow me a 16-35mm2.8 or 12-24mm4.5 lens, I'm totally a wide angle fan XD

Ryea : What inspires you to start photography?

The eager to capture the touching moments of my friends.

Ryea : What makes you to continue in photography with passion?

The achievement of bringing those surreal characters into reality,
words can't express my joy when I managed to restore my favorite works with the right composition, lighting and location setting.
Besides, cosplay is a good way to deepen the relationship with my pals, we had great fun and knew each other better at the same time.

Ryea : Which is your most satisfied/favorite shot so far?

I have to say there're many shots I love but it's difficult to pick out the best one.
I tried different styles according to the works and it's impossible for me to compare between totally different things. I may want to leave this question to you guys XD

Ryea : Which photo you've taken is the most challenging? why?

The experience of taking BACCANO shoot, upon a real train at night.
And shooting APH battles, within a heavy snow are probably the most impressive memories for m, both are under very very tough environment and there wasn't any thoughts in my brain at that time, I just pressed the shutter on instinct. It was great fun though~

Ryea : What's your goal achievement in photography?

Keep creating something new and interesting~

Ryea : Who do you look up to or inspires you?

www.pixiv.net - you can fild all styles of pictures in this site
Dogs by Shirow Miwa - I learn a lot from the storyboard, the special angles, how to shoot fighting scenes, etc. I feel my soul and aesthetic sense resonate to the work in many ways.

Ryea : Any advise to those new starter or interested in photography?

Try as many ways to take photos as possible, and own one or two distinct style~
Step out of your comfort zone, delete those exposure correctly and composed steadily but flat and dull photos. Editing is important too.

Ryea : Lastly, what do you think about Let's Cosplay this blog?

It's like a magazine about cosplay to me, it's trilling for me to be featured XD

♥ LithiumFl0wer

Ryeain :
Am attracted by her Sheryl cosplays.. real good!!

CosPLAY. Never take out the play. If it isn't fun, don't do it.

What do you think the basic requirement a cosplayer should have?

I don't believe in this if you take cosplay as a hobby.
